Return Policy

At Ward Apparel our goal is your satisfaction. If you need to return or exchange your purchase, a return request may be submitted within 30 days of purchase. You can visit our location to exchange or return your item(s) or email for return authorization.

Understandably, we cannot accept returns of items that are worn, altered, laundered, embroidered, screen printed or damaged by the purchaser. Items should be in original condition and packaging with all tags and labels as shipped.

Shipping and handling costs (if applicable) are not refundable and are the responsibility of the customer unless determined otherwise.

To assure proper credit, all returns are subject to inspection upon receipt.

There are two ways to return an item:

1) Bring it to our store with your receipt:

2) Email for a return authorization.  Ship via insured mail or carrier. Return shipping cost and original shipping and handling are not refundable unless item is manufacturer defective when shipped. If you would like to make an exchange, please email customerservice@wardapparel.com
